§ 54.004 PROHIBITED IN THE CITY LIMITS
   (A)   Burn barrels. Commercial or converted steel drums.
   (B)   Trash piles of any kind.
   (C)   Garbage, kitchen scraps, cans, bottles, plastic, paper, and the like.
   (D)   Oil, grease products, household materials, tires, fabric or synthetic coverings.
   (E)   Coal may not be used or burned in the city.
