§ 67.025 APPROVAL OF PREMISES
   The City ABC Administrator shall not grant any alcoholic beverage license or approve a renewal of a license until said applicant and his or her place of business shall pass any and all other inspections required by the Kentucky Building Code and be in compliance of all ordinances of the city.
