(A) A licensee with a Quota Retail Drink License, NQ3 Retail Drink License, NQ4 Retail Drink License, and/or a Special Sunday Retail Drink License shall be permitted to sell or dispense distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages Monday through Sunday between the hours of 12:00 noon (CT) and 2:00 a.m. (CT). All other licensees shall be permitted to sell or dispense distilled spirits, wine, and/or malt beverages Monday through Sunday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. (CT) and 12:00 midnight (CT).
(B) All delivery of alcoholic beverages in the city shall be made between the hours of 6:00 a.m. (CT) and 12:00 midnight (CT), Monday through Saturday. No delivery shall occur on Sunday.
(C) The licensee may sell and dispense distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages on New Year's Eve until 2:00 a.m. (CT) on January 1, regardless of the day of the week on which New Year's Eve occurs; provided that, the appropriate licenses have been obtained from both the City and the State ABC Board/Administrator.
