§ 67.004 DEFINITIONS
   The definitions of the words used throughout this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, shall have the same meaning as those set out in the State Alcoholic Beverage Control laws (KRS Ch. 241, 242, 243 and 244) of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and all amendments and supplements thereto.
