§ 80.102  R-2 - SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
   (A)   Requirements.  The requirements for this district shall be the same as those for the R-1 district with the following exceptions:
      (1)   Lot area, frontage and yard requirements:
