The stormwater management user fees shall become liens upon the property for which they are charged if not paid within 90 days after their date due. The town may certify the lien of the town’s sewage works to the County Auditor who shall place that lien on the tax duplicate of the county with interest and penalties allowed by law, to be collected as other taxes are collected.
