§ 32.15  RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT.
   The Clerk-Treasurer must reside within the town as provided in the Indiana Constitution, Article 6, § 6. The Clerk-Treasurer forfeits office if the Clerk-Treasurer ceases to be a resident of the town.
