(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In the event a violation of §§ 92.01 through 92.08 is not abated within the time prescribed in the violation notice, the property owner may be subject to penalties of up to $300 per day for each day the violation continues beyond the time prescribed for abatement.
(C) Any person violating §§ 92.20 through 92.23 may be fined, by the town, up to $300 per occurrence.
