§ 36.06 BONDS OF BIDDERS MAY BE REQUIRED.
   The purchasing agent may require bidders to supply deposits of good faith, or bonds with sufficient sureties, in such amounts as shall be deemed adequate and approved by the County Commission, not only to ensure performance of the contract or purchase order in the time and manner prescribed, but also to save, indemnify and hold the county harmless against losses, damages, claims, liabilities, judgments, costs and expenses which may accrue in consequence of the grant of the contract or purchase order.
