§ 34.64 PROCEDURES FOR CONTESTING BIDS AND SALES.

Any person wishing to contest any action takes in connection with the county tax sale must present protest to the County Commission, through the County Clerk/Auditor’s Office in writing, within ten calendar days of the sale.
