§ 155.252 RESORT SPECIAL DISTRICT: SNOWBASIN.
   (A)   The Resort Special District: Snowbasin Zoning District designation (RSD: Snowbasin) is established as allowed by this chapter.
   (B)   All necessary land use regulations, and all other standards, provisions and requirements, applicable to the RSD: Snowbasin Zone, are provided by the adopted “A Development Agreement for the Snowbasin Resort, Morgan County, Utah,” which is on file in the office of the County Recorder.
