(A) Any lot or parcel located within the Commercial Zoning District(s) shall be subject to the standards and regulations of this subchapter.
(B) Such standards and regulations are intended to be in addition to existing standards and regulations for subdivision of property and other applicable regulations of this chapter.
(1) Design standards are required in addition to other standards set forth in this chapter and are indicated by the verb “shall.” In the event of conflict between this section and other applicable provisions of this chapter, the more restrictive provision shall apply.
(2) Compliance with design standards will be evaluated during the building and/or land use permitting process.
