(A) This chapter includes many of the regulations for development and land use in the county. See also the subdivision regulations in this chapter, and environmental, health and discrimination regulations and the like, that may apply.
(B) If there is a conflict between a provision in this chapter and one in another regulation, the most restrictive shall apply. If there is a conflict between state law and this chapter, state law will prevail.
