§ 154.052 EXCLUSIVE LAND USE.
   No person shall be permitted the exclusive use of any land within the confines of the County Airport, except upon the execution of an appropriate lease agreement with the county in accordance with the provisions of §§ 154.160 through 154.162 of this code.
