§ 154.031 ELIGIBILITY FOR APPOINTMENT.

   To be eligible for appointment to the Airport Advisory Board, a person shall:

   (A)   Be not less than 21 years of age;

   (B)   Be a resident of the county; and

   (C)   Be representative of a cross-section of both aviation and community interests.
