§ 151.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any property owner or other person, firm, corporation, partnership or entity violating any of the provisions of § 151.05 of this code shall be deemed guilty of a class B misdemeanor; it shall be a separate offense for each and every day within which a violation of any provision of this chapter is committed. Upon conviction, the violator shall be punished as provided by § 10.99 of this code.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision or provisions of §§ 151.20 through 151.28 of this code shall be deemed guilty of a class B misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
