§ 32.02 FURNISHING FALSE INFORMATION TO COUNTY OFFICIAL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person having a duty as a county official or employee to furnish information to the County Auditor and the County Commission for use in the preparation of the county budget, to intentionally or negligently fail to furnish accurate information concerning the revenues that can be anticipated by the county for the year for which any budget is being prepared.
   (B)   A person shall be guilty of violating this section if such person has the responsibility of furnishing accurate information and fails to furnish it within the time set by the County Commission, or neglects to take reasonable steps to secure accurate information, compile the same and furnish it to the County Auditor at the time required for use in the preparation of the county budget.
