Subject to modifications outlined in § 151.27(E) of this code, no part of an excavation operation or accessory access road, parking area, office building or the crushing, screening, washing, mixing or other type of processing operation, shall be permitted closer than 200 feet to a Residential Zone boundary, or within 50 feet of a public highway right-of-way, except for accessory access roads. For the purposes of this subchapter, the Agricultural Zone A-1, Residential-Agricultural Zone RA-1, Residential-Agricultural Zone RA-2, Residential Zone R-1, Residential Zone R-M and Mobile Home Courts Zone M-H, as designated in Chapter 155 of this code, shall be considered Residential Zones.
