§ 150.40 PLACEMENT OF SNOW OR ICE ON PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY PROHIBITED.
   The county is in cooperation with the state to enforce safety of the public rights-of-way by prohibiting anyone from placing or leaving anything on the highway or public rights-of-way within the county, including snow or ice from private driveways or parking lots. Violation of this provision is punishable by a written warning at the discretion of the safety officer, or as a class B misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
