§ 150.26 TRAPPERS TRAIL PEDESTRIAN PATH.
   For the protection of the health and safety of the citizens of the county, the following regulations are adopted for the trappers trail pedestrian path (“path”).
   (A)   Motor vehicles. Motorized vehicles shall not be permitted on the path, including, but not limited to, motorcycles, cars, trucks, snowmobiles and ATVs.
   (B)   Speed limits. Nonmotorized vehicles, including bicycles, shall not exceed 15 mph.
   (C)   Littering. Littering is prohibited.
   (D)   Conduct. Persons using the path shall not engage in any dangerous, hazardous, illegal or disorderly conduct deemed by county law officials to affect the health, safety and welfare of the public using the path, nor shall persons vandalize property, equipment or facilities.
