§ 150.10 APPEALS AND REQUESTS FOR FEE OR FINANCIAL GUARANTEE WAIVERS OR MODIFICATIONS.
   (A)   Any person affected by the issuance or denial of a permit pursuant to this subchapter may appeal that decision within ten calendar days of the date of decision by the County Engineer or other issuing county employee. An appeal application shall state the reason for appeal, any pertinent facts, and shall be accompanied by the fee set by the county for administrative appeals.
   (B)   Any applicant may apply to the County Commission for a modification or waiver of required fees, financial guarantee amounts or the type of financial guarantee accepted for a project. The County Commission as the legislative body for the county has the authority to modify such requirements, with or without recommendation.
