(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating § 130.02 of this code shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code, and may be arrested by any peace officer and delivered to the probation officer for trial in the juvenile court in accordance with state law.
