§ 112.04 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   (A)   Each application for a license shall be submitted to the Building Inspector and shall indicate that the applicant has been issued a contractor’s license by the state and the license number issued by the state to the applicant. The Building Inspector shall not approve a license to any contractor who is not the holder of a valid contractor’s license issued by the state. When approved, the license shall be signed by the Building Inspector, and the Building Inspector shall keep a list of licenses issued, stating the number, name, time, place and kind of business and amount paid, with such remarks as may be considered necessary.
   (B)   Each license shall specify by name the person, firm, copartnership, corporation, association or other organization to whom it is issued, and shall designate the principal place of business of the licensee.
