§ 111.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Every person convicted of violating § 111.03(A) or (B) of this code shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

   (C)   Any person who shall engage in the sale of beer within the unincorporated areas of the county contrary to the terms or provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
