§ 92.069 NOTIFICATION TO OWNER OF IMPOUNDED ANIMAL.
   Upon the impounding of any animal, it shall be the duty of the MACO to notify the owner from whom the animal was taken, if the owner is known. If the owner is not known, there shall be posted at the city and county building, for a period of not less than three days, a notice containing a description of the animal impounded.
