If the license tag issued is lost or destroyed, a duplicate tag and/or certificate may be issued for a fee in such amount as established by resolution of the County Commission. Duplicate tags for animals exempted from licensing fees in § 92.045 of this code shall be issued without the payment of a duplicate tag fee.
