Any court of competent jurisdiction may order the owner, possessor or keeper of any animal to abate the nuisance created under §§ 92.023, 92.024 and 92.025 of this code within five days thereafter. Failure to abate the nuisance after the expiration of the five-day period shall be deemed a violation of this chapter.
