§ 91.19 EXEMPTIONS.
   The provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to the following persons in the performance of their duties: Members of any organized ski patrol; the Sheriff or his or her deputies; officers of the United States Forest Service; and officers of the National Parks Service, or any of their designees.
