During the regular meeting held in January of each calendar year, the Parks Commission shall elect a chair who shall be an elector of the Village. The Chair shall preside at all Parks Commission meetings. The Chair, or his or her designee, shall serve as Secretary for the Parks Commission and shall take minutes and forward them to the Clerk of Council in a timely manner. The Secretary shall perform such duties as may from time to time be determined by the Parks Commission.
