All full-time employees of the Municipality, who have received educational degrees from accredited educational institutions after the date of their employment with the Municipality, shall be eligible for an educational bonus. The bonus shall be payable to the employee once, on the first month of the calendar year after the employee received the degree, in the following amount. (The amount for one year is not cumulative):
Associates Degree $200.00;
Bachelors Degree $400.00;
Masters Degree $600.00.
