When Village employees use their personal cars in the conduct or performance of the Municipality’s business, after receiving prior approval from their department head or the Mayor, they may be reimbursed for such use at the standard business mileage rate recommended by the Internal Revenue Service and as same may be amended from time to time, on all bills duly rendered and approved by the Mayor.
