The position of Service Director is hereby established as the head of the Municipal Service Department. He shall be a full-time, working member of the Department responsible for the Department including the scheduling of the work and the maintenance of the vehicles and equipment. Additionally, he shall have the duties of the Street Commissioner, of keeping the Municipal streets not maintained by others, open, in repair and free from nuisance.
