(a) The Clerk shall post on the Village website and may also post on the Village Hall bulletin board the time and place of all regular meetings of Council, the Planning Commission and committees of Council.
(b) The Clerk shall post on the Village website and may also post on the Village Hall bulletin board the time and place of all special meetings of Council, the Planning Commission and committees of Council at least twenty-four hours in advance of the time of the meeting.
(c) The Clerk shall notify the media and other persons requesting notice in writing of all regular meetings of Council, the Planning Commission and committees of Council in writing and of all special meetings of the same and their purpose, certified mail, return receipt requested, in self-addressed, stamped envelopes provided by the person requesting.
(d) For any meeting of Council or any other Village board, commission or similar Village public body that is held in whole or in part by means of teleconference, video conference or other similar electronic communications technology pursuant to Section 121.01 of the Codified Ordinances, the meeting notice provided for herein shall identify the method by which members of the public may access, hear and observe the meeting in addition to any other information required herein.
