(a) The Chief of Police shall issue a license to the applicant unless it is determined:
(1) The applicant has made a false, misleading or deceptive statement in providing the information required under Section 703.04;
(2) The applicant has been convicted of a felony violation, a misdemeanor violation involving moral turpitude, or an "offense of violence" as defined by Section 501.01 of the Moreland Hills Codified Ordinances during the past five (5) years.
(b) Such license shall be valid for a period not to exceed six (6) months.
