The City of Morehead, Kentucky adopts the 2015 edition of the International Property Maintenance Code. Three copies of the 2015 edition of the International Property Maintenance Code are, and shall remain, on file in the City of Morehead City Clerk's Office. This code shall regulate:
(A) The conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures;
(B) Provide the standards for supplied utilities and facilities and other physical things and conditions essential to ensure that structures are safe, sanitary and fit for occupation and use;
(C) Provide for the condemnation of buildings and structures unfit for human occupancy and use along with the demolition of such existing unfit structures;
(D) Provide for the issuance of appropriate permits and collection of required fees; and
(E) Each and all of the regulations, provision, penalties, conditions, and terms of the 2015 edition of the International Property Maintenance Code on file in the Office of the City Clerk are referenced and incorporated as part of this chapter as if set out in full herein together with all additions, amendments and deletions provided in § 157.02
