Because the city is desirous of regulating the development of subdivisions within the city, it is ordained that the subdivision regulations as presented to the board of City Council on July 14, 2008 by the Morehead-Lakeview Heights-Rowan County Joint Planning Commission are adopted by reference as if fully set out herein. Copies of said regulations will be kept on file in the offices of the City Clerk and City Planner.
