§ 132.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of Chapter Chapter 132 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for a period of not more than twelve (12) months, or both so fined and imprisoned.
