§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person or persons violating § 131.02 may be denied entrance to the building or ordered to leave the building.
   (B)   Any employee of the city or any elected official of the city, excluding peace officers, who violates this chapter shall be subject to employee disciplinary measures.
