Before the city expends state derived tax revenues on a municipal highway, road, street, or bridge it shall provide an opportunity to the public to provide input in a public meeting for which notice has been given under KRS 61.823(2) - (4) with regard to the project and to priorities for use of tax moneys for road and bridge projects.
