(A) Violation of this chapter shall constitute a civil offense which shall be enforced according to the procedures set forth in the City of Morehead Code Enforcement Board Ordinance by the Code Enforcement Board, Code Enforcement Officers, and/or other person duly authorized to investigate and enforce violations through investigation, inspection and issuance of citations.
(B) The penalty for violations of this chapter shall be as set forth in § 34.132.
