(A) (1) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a truck, other than a pick-up truck, on the following streets.

(2) Penalty. The fine for each violation of division (A)(1) above shall be not less than $10 nor more than $50.
(B) (1) No trucks, except pickup trucks, shall travel on the following streets, except to make deliveries to destinations on First Street only.
