§ 54.04 PROTECTION NOTIFICATION CENTER.
   (A)   The city shall operate and maintain its own protection notification center through which an excavator shall contact the city for information regarding the approximate location of the city's underground water, natural gas and sewage facilities.
   (B)   The location, office hours and telephone numbers of the Morehead Utility Plant Board's protection notification center are as follows:
