   (H)   Refund policy. Morehead Parks and Recreation will issue a fifty percent (50%) refund for program registration fees if a refund request form is submitted prior to the participant being placed on a team; except for medical reasons or relocation of participant. A refund will not be issued once a participant is placed on a team. Refunds will be issued in the form of a check approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks after the request is made. Said request shall be submitted on a form provided by the city to the activity/program director for approval.
   (I)   Late Fees. There shall be a $10.00 late fee for all participants that sign up after the published deadline for programs listed in paragraph (A) above.
   (J)   There shall be no charge for the following activities: Senior Feeling Good Monthly Program, Local Senior Games, Youth Baseball Diamond Skills, Youth Punt, Pass & Kick Contest, and Hershey’s Track and Field Event.
