§ 38.06 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   The duties of the City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator is hereby assigned to any presently established city office, this assignment to be made by the Mayor in his or her discretion.
   (B)   Prior to assuming the duties as City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator, the person appointed by the Mayor shall take the oath prescribed in Section 228 of the State Constitution, and shall execute a bond with a good corporate surety in the penal sum of not less than five thousand dollars ($5,000), the cost of the bond to be borne by the city.
   (C)   The Office of City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator shall have all of the powers, duties, privileges and responsibilities granted and assigned to it by KRS Chapters 241, 242, 243 and 244.
   (D)   The city officer assuming the duties of City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator shall be paid in the amount established by the budget ordinance, in addition to any other compensation currently paid as compensation for his or her services.
