§ 38.04 CITY ATTORNEY.
   The City Attorney shall attend all meetings of the City Council, advise the Council in all matters of litigation for legal proceedings, and perform any other duties of a legal nature for the city. In case the City Attorney cannot be present at a Council meeting, he or she will have an attorney present to advise the Council.
