Developer constructed utility plans shall be reviewed and approved by Morehead Utility Plant Board (MUPB) prior to construction pursuant to MUPB policy. The following review fees shall be paid to MUBP for development plan review:
(A) Development plan review. One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for all development plans.
(B) In the event hydraulic modeling is required, applicants may use their own engineers, or use MUPB engineers. In the event MUPB engineers are used the following fees will apply:
(1) Design of water facilities - hydraulic modeling.
