Any person who is found guilty of a violation of any provision of this chapter by the Ethics Board may appeal the finding to the circuit court of the county within thirty (30) days after the date of the final action of the Ethics Board by filing a petition with the court against the Ethics Board. The Ethics Board shall transmit to the clerk of the court all evidence considered by the Ethics Board at the public hearing.
