§ 160.01 FEES.
   (A)   Conditional use application fee. A fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), plus twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per required sign and the cost of postage for all required notices shall be charged and due at the time the application is submitted to the City Planner/Building Inspector.
   (B)   Variances application fee. A fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), plus twenty-five ($25.00) per required sign and the cost of postage for all required notices shall be charged and due at the time the application is submitted to the City Planner/Building Inspector.
   (C)   Zone map amendment. A fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), plus twenty-five ($25.00) per required sign and the cost of postage for all required notice shall be charged and due at the application is submitted to the City Planner/Building Inspector.
   (D)   Zone text amendment. A fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be charged and due at the time the application is submitted to the City Planner/Building Inspector.
   (E)   Sign permit fees. The permit fees are as follows:
