§ 154.107 SEVERABILITY.

In the event any word or sentence in this chapter, or provision or portion of this chapter, or rules adopted by this chapter is invalidated by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining words and/or sentence, provisions, or portions thereof shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect.
