The intersection of North Wilson Ave at Second Street 38.105594 N - 83.261101 W) southward to Main Street (38.105328 N - 83.260747 W). This description takes in the area Main Street and First Street to include, but not limited to, Bishop Ave., Carey Ave. and South Wilson Ave. and parcels within.
